CRM survey emails

I created a style for ongoing customer survey opt-in emails. The emails cover a range of issues from views on corporate social responsibility to an email asking for feedback on our First Class lounges. Each email has a modular structure, based on a master template which is mobile responsive.

For all these emails I was responsible for the visual concept, design, copy, email build and testing.
