For: Virgin Trains CRM
Brief: To design and build various marketing solus and service message emails to send out to the Virgin Trains database.
- To come up with a design layout and concept for the main image, making sure that it is on brand.
- Copywriting the written content of the email which includes coming up with an effective subject line.
- Building the email using html and css, making sure the email works across all the popular email clients and the layout responds to different screen widths.
- Supplying the final html email to our provider Trainline to send out.
Outcomes: Ongoing creation of various emails, many of which support Virgin Trains’ partnerships or relay an important message to the entire database.
