In 2014 I redesigned a 16-25 railcard email that we had been sending out to this age group annually, around the time that A-Level results are sent out.
Having also been responsible for the creation of the original email, first sent out in 2011, I suggested that the creative and message be updated for 2014. I designed the email to fit our mobile friendly templates and used the popularity of 'selfies' among this age group as a concept.
